Hours

The office is open from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm on Monday - Thursday for both appointments and urgent care; and 8:00 am - 11:00 am on Fridays for acute care only. We ask that you call for urgent care appointments to check availability and minimize prolonged wait periods.

After Hours

There is always a provider available after hours and on weekends. Just call the office number, 903.596.0602, and the answering service will page the covering physician. Please limit calls to acute medical issues, no prescription refills.

As a service to our patients, if the schedule does not permit you to be seen, medical therapy can be called in to your pharmacy at the doctor's discretion for a $15 fee.

You will receive a call two (2) days prior to your appointment Please make sure we have a current phone number. If you are unable to keep your appointment, please call to cancel or reschedule one day in advance. Your consideration will help us to accommodate others who need to be seen.

Refills may be obtained by contacting your pharmacy who will fax us a request or you may call the office directly Monday - Thursday from 8:30am - 4:30pm. We ask that all refill requests be called or faxed within 48 hours (2 days) before they are needed. Also, please note that we will not fill any chronic pain medications after hours.

All normal laboratory results are mailed within five (5) business days. Any abnormalities or prescription changes are called to the patient. Please allow three (3) business days for lab results to return before calling.

There is a minimum $15 charge for completion of medical forms (i.e., FMLA, Insurance, Employer Short-term Disability, Medicare Disability, CBA Program, etc.). There is no charge for medical insurance claim billing, prescription forms and/or return to work forms provided by this office.

Payments for services rendered are due at the time of service unless arrangements are made. Payments by check are accepted but are subject to a $25 return check fee. Visa, MasterCard and American Express are accepted.
